About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • To design, develop, and scale AI algorithms, models, and platforms that shape core products and client solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI in enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work with product leaders and global clients to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation & design & development & testing & deployment & iteration.
  • Mentor junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
  • Experiment with new methodologies, tools, and architectures to push AI boundaries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
