Job Opportunity

As a visionary company, we are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting innovative digital products that simplify the way teams create, manage, and order custom print and digital promotional items.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing user-centered, creative, and highly conceptual experiences that have measurable positive impact for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and explore new product design solutions that evolve and differentiate the customer experience.
  • Shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences using a user-centered design process.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to experiment and evolve design composition and design generation algorithms.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house design systems and marketing design teams to ensure generated designs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term strategy and vision.
  • Plan and execute on user research learning agendas with data, consumer insights.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale product and service ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams.
  • 5+ years directing and mentoring more junior designers.
  • Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to drive and contribute to product Discovery and Delivery.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire design concepts.
  • Strong cross functional relationships with design, creative, technical and business partners.
  • Presentation skills and ability to articulate sophisticated concepts to cross functional audiences.
Nice to Have:
  • Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Clear examples demonstrating the use of Generative AI in discovery and delivery process.
  • Experience identifying and prioritizing features.
