About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Specialist to join our team at RoundCircle. As a Presales Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team by providing expert guidance on our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, identify pain points, and establish requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop tailored proposals, solutions, and tool recommendations, with a deep understanding of client problem statements.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, providing swift and effective solutions.
  • Facilitate partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by ensuring the team completes necessary training and certifications.
  • Maintain data accuracy and discipline for all sales support and partnership-related tasks.
  • Provide targeted training sessions to the Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams, enhancing their product and solution knowledge.
  • Build in-depth expertise of category-specific tools available in Wyzard's Marketplace.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and advise Category Managers on valuable tools to consider for Wyzard's Marketplace.
