At NoBroker, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnership and Advertising Sales Manager to lead our partnership efforts and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

We are a technology-driven company that has secured over 40 lac families in 21,000+ societies across India. Our state-of-the-art visitor, community, and finance & asset management system ensures secure and convenient solutions for gated societies.

This is an on-site full-time role based in Bengaluru with a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 per annum.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive mutual business growth
  • Developing innovative advertising solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to optimize our partnerships for maximum revenue

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management and sales, preferably in the advertising industry
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and optimize partnerships for revenue growth
