Compensation Package: ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team and develop strategic relationships with key clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely solution delivery and excellent customer service.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging industry trends and market conditions.
- Prepare and present account status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field; preferably from a top-tier institution.
- 5-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role, preferably from the BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
