Business Growth Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Associate to join our team at Yes Bank. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue high-value deals through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10-15 lakhs. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
