About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Associate to join our team at ekincare. As a key client-facing role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and making an impact by building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have high energy and passion for growing business, excellent communication and presentation skills, project management ability, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and minimize churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers and handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
