Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B partnerships and sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing teams, leading by example with their own sales results.

This is a remote opportunity for someone who can thrive in ambiguity, create relationships with brands, and possess outstanding communication and presentation skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Maintaining a high volume of outreach to potential brand partners and managing a healthy pipeline
  • Setting up pitches independently to target specific types of prospective partners
  • Designing and executing strategic outreach campaigns to brands
  • Developing and organizing new business development initiatives
  • Leveraging market intelligence to establish value with customers
  • Contributing to team learning and coaching
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in networking, lead management, and pipeline management
  • Able to coach others on B2B sales principles and practices
  • Business intelligence, research, and strategy skills
  • ROI and data analysis skills
  • Project management and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel for industry and sector-related purposes
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in SAAS sales or business sales teams from a venture-backed tech firm is highly valued.
