Strategic Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B partnerships and sales to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing teams, leading by example with their own sales results.
This is a remote opportunity for someone who can thrive in ambiguity, create relationships with brands, and possess outstanding communication and presentation skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintaining a high volume of outreach to potential brand partners and managing a healthy pipeline
- Setting up pitches independently to target specific types of prospective partners
- Designing and executing strategic outreach campaigns to brands
- Developing and organizing new business development initiatives
- Leveraging market intelligence to establish value with customers
- Contributing to team learning and coaching
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in networking, lead management, and pipeline management
- Able to coach others on B2B sales principles and practices
- Business intelligence, research, and strategy skills
- ROI and data analysis skills
- Project management and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel for industry and sector-related purposes
Prior experience in SAAS sales or business sales teams from a venture-backed tech firm is highly valued.
