**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Growth Associate to join our team at Gretex Industries Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional client experiences in the home automation and project sales sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales targets for home automation products and project sales, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct regular calls, schedule meetings, and follow up with walk-in customers to increase conversion rates.
  • Network Development: Establish and maintain relationships with designers, architects, and industry professionals to expand our network.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and secure leads from residential projects, focusing on premium products.
  • Event Representation: Participate in key industry events to increase brand visibility and foster connections.
  • Inventory Coordination: Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for inventory management based on sales forecasts.
  • Market Insights: Provide regular insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • A background in luxury or real estate sales, emphasizing high-value product sales.
  • Detailed-oriented and client-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
