Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • To support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market analysis.
  • To lead client meetings with closure and sales management, leveraging your exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • To manage teams effectively, taking on an IC role and overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) statement.
  • To develop and execute business development activities, including data management, client coordination, presentation, and account management.
  • To engage in cold calling with prospective clients, provide product information to generate interest, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • To handle the complete sales cycle from suspecting to closure, ensuring timely and successful deal completion.
  • To close deals and handle negotiations with decision-makers of prospects, utilizing your expertise in sales strategy and tactics.
  • To be responsible for marketing and business development of HR-ONE Solution Services, driving growth and revenue.
  • To sell end-to-end solutions post the lead generation process, catering to the needs of diverse clients.
  • To respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI as per customer needs and budgets, showcasing your ability to adapt to different scenarios.
  • To strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis, pushing the boundaries of growth and innovation.
  • To generate leads and qualify accounts, using your analytical skills to identify opportunities.
  • To propose the appropriate solution after analyzing client business requirements, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals.
