Role Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with all product or service details.
  • Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends to better serve customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions through company products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
  • Conduct regular meetings to clarify progress and performance expectations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Keep records of every customer interaction and sales activities.
Requirements
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Completion of a sales-related training program.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Familiarity with cultural norms and diverse perspectives.
  • Ability to adapt communication style in unusual situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Capacity to receive criticism without internalizing it.
