Company Overview

Our client, a leading Edtech firm based in Mumbai, is seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join their team.

About the Role

This BDA position requires strong communication skills and the ability to connect with at least 80 working professionals daily from leads/database present on lead squared CRM.

The successful candidate will identify potential upskilling needs for students based on their area of interest and provide detailed information about programs offered through phone or video counselling, creating a robust pipeline.

To succeed, this role demands meeting daily deliverables and achieving weekly/monthly enrolment targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify upskilling opportunities for students and develop relationships with them.
  • Communicate program details to prospective students via phone or video calls.
  • Maintain a minimum of 80 daily connections from lead squared CRM.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets as set by the company.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Minimum 6 months to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: ₹4,00,000 - ₹6,50,000 per annum + incentives (average hike: 10-30% of current/previous fixed salary).
