Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in making our e-commerce platform one of the most sought-after destinations in India.
Responsibilities:
- Visit markets and acquire new sellers for our platform.
- Assist sellers with the registration process and catalog uploads.
- Help sellers with order processing and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 0.5-1 year of experience in sales or B2B onboardings.
- Regional language proficiency.
- Basic understanding of virtual meeting platforms.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation based on performance.
- Additional INR 5000 per month for conveyance (pro-rated to attendance).
- Potential for bonus payouts based on target achievement.
