Business Growth Manager

At Allies Business Hub, we are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to drive business development and commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leads generation through various channels, including industry collaborations and networking events.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and communicating the value of our software products and services.
  • Manages the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth conversions.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions, and closes deals in a manner that fosters long-term client relationships.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 1 to 3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in deal closure and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
