About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer Representative to help our expanding Real Estate sales team grow and succeed. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with C-level clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and prospect new business leads;
  • Participate in lead analysis and qualification;
  • Approach potential clients for qualification and appointment scheduling;
  • Keep the CRM database up to date;
  • Monitor lead conversion indicators and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Preferred academic background: Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering;
  • Commercial experience with a focus on team-oriented sales and business development;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Availability to work in Mumbai with a combination of on-site and remote work.
