About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer Representative to help our expanding Real Estate sales team grow and succeed. This exciting opportunity involves engaging with C-level clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Map and prospect new business leads;
- Participate in lead analysis and qualification;
- Approach potential clients for qualification and appointment scheduling;
- Keep the CRM database up to date;
- Monitor lead conversion indicators and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Preferred academic background: Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering;
- Commercial experience with a focus on team-oriented sales and business development;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Availability to work in Mumbai with a combination of on-site and remote work.
