We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at IDAC Nova Exhibitions & Conference. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for creating and executing sponsorship and exhibitor packages that meet client specifications. You will also attend company meetings, sales update meetings, and conference planning meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of potential sponsors to identify opportunities for growth and revenue increase.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients to deliver increased revenues from more creative solutions.
- Produce and execute marketing plans for sponsorship sales.
- Develop new sponsorship propositions that deliver on clients' objectives.
- Assist with association conference research projects, identifying key opportunities, compiling bid documents, tender documents, and sales presentations.
- Generate business for the company through identifying sponsorship potential for potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior industry-related business development experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
