Job Title: Business Growth Strategist

Location: Mumbai, India

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Growth Strategist to drive sales expansion and establish partnerships with businesses in the corporate and other relevant market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our product offerings.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. This may involve creating tailored proposals, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry (Freshers welcome).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
