About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field. They will be able to think strategically and creatively to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, close deals, and achieve set sales targets.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including geographic expansion, new product offerings, and partnership development.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and sales strategies.
