Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to achieve goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other companies or stakeholders to enhance product offerings or market reach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver value-added solutions.
  • New Business Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients or contracts through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles, with proven success in driving growth
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen, with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and adaptability in dynamic environments
