Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Tekion. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable financial growth through effective sales strategies and forging strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and customer support. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, arranging business meetings with prospective clients, and promoting our products/services to address or predict client objectives. Additionally, you will prepare sales contracts, maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
Salary Information:
Estimated annual salary: $70,000 - $100,000 based on industry standards and location.
