We are expanding our reach into the offline sector for IIT-JEE and NEET preparations. To achieve this goal, we require a skilled Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who can drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the local market and industry trends. Additionally, they should be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
Estimated Salary: ₹10 Lakhs - ₹15 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
