Job Description:

We're seeking an expert in retention marketing to drive growth and customer loyalty for a fast-growing D2C pet supplement brand. This is a full-time, remote role that involves developing and executing strategies to increase repeat purchases, shorten reorder cycles, and build habits that make supplements part of a pet parent's daily routine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing customer journeys that increase repeat business, tracking and optimizing LTV, retention curves, churn, reorder intervals, and loyalty metrics. They must have strong copywriting skills, platform expertise in email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels, and the ability to create high-converting content.

  • Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty
  • Design and implement customer journeys that increase repeat business and build habits
  • Track and optimize LTV, retention curves, churn, reorder intervals, and loyalty metrics
  • Write high-converting copy for emails, WhatsApp flows, and SMS
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in retention marketing for D2C e-commerce
  • Proven success in scaling email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notification channels
  • Platform expertise in Klaviyo, QuickReply, and equivalents
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to write high-converting content
  • Solid understanding of LTV, cash flow, churn reduction, and customer loyalty models
  • Proficiency with ChatGPT and prompting
