Job Description:

As a Retention Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty and driving business growth through strategic retention marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data reporting skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the retention team to own key metrics such as LTV and retention rate.
  • Cohort management: segment customer lists based on behaviors and personalize communication accordingly, using tools and customer-level data.
  • Improve LTV and revenue by upselling and cross-selling in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Test email and SMS campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
