Job Title: Senior Loyalty Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loyalty Program Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with minimum 2 years of experience in designing and managing customer loyalty programs, particularly in the consumer electrical industry. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, IT proficiency, and data analytics capabilities to optimize loyalty initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies to drive customer lifetime value and brand affinity.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess program performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and operations teams to integrate loyalty platforms with existing systems.
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy for personalized customer experiences.
  • Design and manage QR portal functionality to enhance program accessibility and ease of use.
  • Monitor and improve QR code-based loyalty transactions and ensure system reliability.
  • Innovate loyalty solutions based on industry trends, technology advancements, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance through and design new schemes/offers for various product categories to boost engagement.
  • Train the sales team on the app's functions and processes to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent user experience.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of the app, including identifying and implementing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management in consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM tools, QR code platforms, and data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
