
Loyalty Program Strategist

Design and develop innovative loyalty solutions that align with our business objectives, such as growth, product diversification, and network expansion. Enhance customer loyalty within the lubricants market by implementing seamless programs that integrate with existing systems and processes.
- Oversee program execution, ensuring efficient integration with sales, marketing, digital, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle including onboarding, communication, reward fulfillment, and quarterly reviews to recognize top performers and gather feedback.
- Develop strategies to engage customers and motivate them to participate in loyalty programs, analyze customer behavior to refine program mechanics, and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure successful program delivery. Collaborate with experts to stay updated on loyalty trends and competitor programs, maintaining differentiation and relevance.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry.
