The Role

We seek an exceptional individual who can develop and execute strategies to foster long-term relationships with our customers.

This is a full-time remote role for someone passionate about customer loyalty, lifetime value growth, and habit-building strategies in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive customer journeys that drive repeat purchases and build habits.
  • Design and implement automated workflows across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
  • Track and optimize key metrics including LTV, retention curves, churn rates, reorder intervals, and loyalty performance.
  • Develop high-converting copy for emails, WhatsApp flows, and SMS campaigns.
  • Test and refine subject lines, hooks, offers, and storytelling angles to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retention strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and generate actionable insights.
  • Build and manage advanced retention flows in specialized platforms.
