Area Sales Manager B2B Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager B2B for the Contact Lens Division to drive sales growth and leadership in Bangalore, Karnataka.

  • Heading our sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Setting realistic sales goals for the team, monitoring performance, and motivating members to achieve success.
  • Driving revenue growth, delivering volume targets, and ensuring distributors meet assigned targets.


Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience in General Trades or the Optical industry.
  • Able to develop and implement marketing strategies, handle operations independently, and communicate effectively.
