Job Title: Strategic Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive business growth in the luxury goods, automotive, and high-value industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with key clients and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Leverage industry expertise to communicate the unique value proposition of critical metals & minerals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver customized material solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Proactively cultivate industry thought leadership through market research and analysis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
