Revenue Cycle Management Director Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management Director to lead our team of billing specialists. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing revenue cycle management strategies, ensuring efficient billing and collections processes, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of billing professionals in executing efficient billing, collections, and claims processing strategies.
- Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies to ensure accurate billing, prompt collections, and effective denial management.
- Supervise, assess, and develop team members to ensure high performance through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the performance of billing operations with respect to quality, compliance, cost, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and manage revenue cycle KPIs, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), denial rates, claim acceptance rates, and collection goals.
- Analyze revenue trends, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve overall revenue cycle performance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams of billing professionals.
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, collections, and insurance processes.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing software, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and clearinghouses.
- Familiarity with US healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and HIPAA compliance.
