This position requires a deep understanding of the retail industry, with experience establishing relationships and building distribution networks for a cycles brand. You should possess excellent business development and team management skills, with a proven ability to create impact with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retail industry.

• Develop and execute strategies to build a robust distribution network for our cycles brand.

• Manage a high-performing team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Growth, Marketing & Product/Technology, to ensure seamless operations.
