We are seeking an exceptional Director of Global Revenue Growth to lead our sales team and drive business expansion. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with our organizational goals. They will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and establish growth plans to drive revenue expansion. Additionally, they will lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and direct the sales team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall business success.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Recruit and Develop Sales Talent: Identify, recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales professionals to ensure the team's continued success.
Requirements
  • Sales Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the sales team.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
