Management Development Program for Marketing and Sales Analytics

Role OverviewThe Graduate Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with client projects, conducting research on consumer trends, performing data analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with the project team.
- Conduct secondary research on consumers, shopper, and economic trends.
- Perform data quality checks and analysis.
- Prepare data reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate with the project team to contribute to the overall success of the project.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics).
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBI / Tableau preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time paid graduate program offering a competitive salary, approximately ₹35-40 lakh per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The primary location is Andheri East, Mumbai, India. This role requires onsite presence.
