About Us:
The role of HR Operations Lead is pivotal in driving the effective execution of all HR operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth execution of all day-to-day HR operations to support business objectives.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with company policies to ensure pay structures remain competitive.
    • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including insurances and incentives.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory compensation and benefits requirements.
  • Payroll Management:
    • End-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, and other statutory obligations.
    • Implement payroll policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to address payroll-related concerns.
  • International & Domestic Mobility (impats & expats):
    • Oversee employee mobility programs, including international assignments, visa processing, and expatriate management.
    • Ensure compliance with local and international immigration laws and mobility policies.
  • Labour Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:
    • Ensure HR policies comply with Indian labor laws and global corporate standards.
    • Handling disciplinary matters.
    • Maintenance compliance with statutory requirements.
  • HR Administration
    • Ensure smooth HR administrative functions, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy updates.
    • Manages HR support services such as onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle management.
  • HRMS & Digital Transformation:
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of HRMS solutions for seamless HR operations.
    • Leverage HR technology to automate processes, enhance reporting, and improve data accuracy.
    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate digital HR tools for efficiency.
