Job Overview
Senior HR Business Partner
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and strategic HR leader who can drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Lead key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Drive change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Manage the performance appraisal cycle.
- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
