
High-Performing HR Leader

As a senior human resources manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance culture that fosters employee growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Create and implement engaging programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
- Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Serve as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
- Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Possess an MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Hold a minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrate proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
- Have strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
- Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
