Senior Human Resources Manager

As a senior human resources manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance culture that fosters employee growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning.
  1. Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Create and implement engaging programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture.
  • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
  1. HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  1. Learning & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops.
  1. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives.
  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Contribute to organizational strategy by providing HR insights and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Possess an MBA/PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Hold a minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Have strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with senior leadership and influence organizational decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software and reporting tools.
