Job Title: HR Manager

A fast-growing Real Estate firm is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

  • Manage payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho).
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills, as well as strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery. Knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
