Strategic HR Leader for Gem and Jewellery Division

We seek a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the domestic and Middle East division of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in manufacturing setups, particularly gems and jewellery or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400+ employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organisational culture, performance, and values.
  • Enhance recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
Essential Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, shop and establishment/factory act, and factory-floor HR dynamics.
