Key Responsibilities:- HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Lead initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.
- Total Rewards:
- Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory requirements.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier business school.
