Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization.
This role will be responsible for providing expert guidance on employee relations, development, coaching, compensation, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying top talent candidates that align with our company culture.
The successful candidate will also be able to attract high-quality applicants, improve hiring processes, and enhance brand recognition. Additionally, they will collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs, including recruiting, retention, benefits, and Learning & Development.
Fostering a culture of excellence where employees feel engaged and motivated to deliver outstanding results is crucial for this role.
The job requires strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in BFSI or NBFC mass hiring post MBA degree is required.
Able to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks proficiently using Microsoft Office suite is essential for this position.
