Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding
    • Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines
    • Utilize job portals, referrals, and agency partners to attract high-quality talent
    • Build and maintain an active talent pool for future hiring needs
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
    • Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads
    • Plan, schedule, and implement internal and external training programs
    • Partner with external trainers, certification bodies, and learning platforms for capability-building initiatives
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation
    • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in coordination with Finance
  • Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives: rewards and recognition, team-building, town halls, etc.
  • HR Policies, Systems & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR (PGDHRM) from a recognized institute (Preferred)
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labor laws, and HR processes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Time to hire and quality of hires
  • Training completion rate and feedback scores
