Strategic HR Partnership

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR expert to partner with our e-commerce clients in Bareilly, India.

This is a strategic part-time/consulting role, ideal for HR professionals who want to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations while enabling founders to focus on scaling the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth.
  • Driving end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Designing employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Setting up performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Managing HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Guiding founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Supporting training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handling employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Overseeing payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification, 7-12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce. They should have proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations and excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
