  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits and process optimization within manufacturing setup.
  • Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions delivering efficient talent acquisition in fast-paced environment.
  • Champion HR processes that enhance operational effectiveness drive process automation and maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements monitor labor law updates and maintain statutory records.
  • Oversee employee relations resolve grievances and develop strategies to maintain collaborative work climate high engagement across various levels.
  • Guide management and smooth implementation of HR policies ensuring alignment to business objectives and mandates.
  • Partner with leadership to address people challenges succession planning workforce readiness in manufacturing domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing HR operations in manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws compliance and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment employee relations and HR policy deployment.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills able to influence transformational changes.
