We are seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team in an integral role.

This position will act as a pivotal link between the organization and team members, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates to identify suitable professionals for our team.
  • Ensuring accurate records and efficient hiring processes by reviewing and shortlisting candidates.
  • Maintaining detailed records of candidate progress, hired team members, vacancies, and other relevant data.
  • Facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration through exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Utilizing strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruiting for Graphic Designers, Video & Photo Editors, 3D and 2D AutoCAD, and Customer Support Roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong organizational skills.
