Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and recommendations for improved effectiveness.
  • Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes aligned with company culture and objectives, driving succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in conducting fair and consistent performance evaluations, implementing performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational change management and restructuring, facilitating training and skill enhancement programs.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage HR metrics to inform decision-making, preparing and presenting HR reports to senior management.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of HR practices and policies, excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams.
