Job Title: Corporate Sales Business Development Manager

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a Corporate Sales Business Development Manager at Dhanuka Agritech, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate business verticals in the South region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development - Own and drive sales growth through Technical, Bulk, and P2P sales.
  • Pursue and execute corporate sales business to ensure profit maximization with realization of sales targets.
  • Lead complete sales business cycle including lead generation, commercial discussion, negotiation, order execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage product offering with suitable pricing mix to improve business growth and profitability.
  • Build, maintain, and establish strategic relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and existing clients to protect and grow the business.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
  • 5 years of experience in corporate sales in agrochemicals only.
  • Strong knowledge of IT tools and sales funnel management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹50,00,000 - ₹75,00,000 per annum.
