Corporate Sales Leader

Dhanuka Agritech is seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Leader to drive business growth in the agrochemical industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in corporate sales. Your primary objective will be to develop and manage corporate business verticals, ensuring profit maximization while realizing sales targets. You will lead the complete sales business cycle, from lead generation to order execution and delivery, while building strategic relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the sales business cycle, including lead generation, commercial discussion, negotiation, and order execution.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and present sales budgets and forecasts to management.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving sales growth in the agrochemical industry. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be confident in dealing with customers and strive for customer delight.
Competencies
The ideal candidate should have strong strategic and key account management skills, with experience in formulating and closing business deals. Good knowledge of sales funnel management and IT tools is also essential. You should be able to identify opportunities through market feedback and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.
