Establish a strong presence in the real estate industry as an Enterprise Sales Manager at Sell.do, where you will leverage your expertise to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

The role requires on-ground sales experience, strong solutioning skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and closing deals with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to build and manage a robust sales pipeline, generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, and nurture leads through the sales funnel to successful closure.

You will also need to understand client's business challenges and requirements, provide customized CRM solutions that address specific client needs, and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager in Mumbai, requiring on-ground sales experience, strong solutioning skills, and an ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
