Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Relationship Manager - Business Growth
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4 to 5 years
This role requires a Digital agency background with prior experience handling blue-chip clientele. You'll need 'rockstar' presentation and communication skills to succeed. As a team leader, you'll monitor day-to-day team functioning and play key roles in Client Servicing, Financial Planning and Management, and People Development.
- In Client Servicing, you'll understand key client industry issues, build strong relationships with clients, address client issues effectively, and evaluate campaign results against objectives.
- In Financial Planning and Management, you'll assist in growing existing accounts, develop programs to build business from existing clients, and take overall responsibility for all budget issues related to accounts.
- In People Development, you'll participate in professional and account development of team members, coach and supervise team members, and engage in team building activities.
