We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our team at 2coms as a Customer Relationship Manager.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with clients. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Sales and Marketing: Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Account Management: Gather and document customer information accurately, ensuring that all details are up-to-date and complete.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries, providing solutions to their problems.
- TARGETS: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales, contributing to the growth of our business.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Age: Between 18-32 years old.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Persuasion and Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift Work: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

- Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹26,000 per month (depending on experience).
