We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or partnerships, with exposure to fintech, SaaS, or payments industry. They should be able to manage end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to closure, and possess a solid understanding of enterprise merchant needs and market trends in the payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new merchants in the Emerging & Enterprise category
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
- Manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
